Toronto producer, Harrison, shares two brand new singles: Float featuring Los Angeles-based artist, Kadhja Bonet, and A View From The Sky. Float has a smooth down tempo R&B groove that sets the scene for Kadhja, who blesses the beat with her sultry vocals and heartfelt lyrics. A View From The Sky is an instrumental piece that highlights Harrison’s deep appreciation of jazz music and was composed during a time of personal reflection after coming out of a dark period in his life. “This piece means a lot to me,” Harrison states. “I just started taking Zoloft after a pretty bad stint of depression and it just started to kick in that day. I wanted to convey that feeling of carefreeness, even if it was just for a moment. I’ll be proud of this joint forever.” Both of these singles are a preview of the kind of heat Harrison has been cooking up for his new album, which is set to launch this spring via Last Gang Records/MNRK.
